Hello my name is Evelyn.

I am the owner decorator of Treatie Beatie Cakes by Evelyn. When my children were small, I always baked their Birthday Cakes. I also often baked for family and friends. I very quickly became hooked on cake decorating and began creating my own styles. In 2012, Treatie Beatie Cakes by Evelyn was launched. Since then, I’ve baked hundreds of cakes, and my decorations have been used on hundreds of creations!

Cake decorating goes far beyond flour, sugar and frosting. In order to enhance my skills, I traveled to NYC where I worked with Master Sugar Artists, Lisa Mansour and Kathleen Lange. I also attended classes taught by Susan Carbury and Colette Peters. It’s because of hard work and determination that I am able to create one-of-a kind cakes. I also offer custom, made-to-order cake stands, where I match flowers, fabric, colors, and even bling. At Treatie Beatie it’s all about that BASE!
